When adolescents from child welfare facilities and foster homes reach the age of 18 years, they relocate to another facility called GGum-Na-Num House. A non-profit organization runs GGum-Na-Num House, which has 22 locations in Seoul. These facilities support young adults (18 years of age and up) until they are able to live independently on their own. We participated in programs to renovate four of the GGum-Na-Num Houses' outdated facilities to enhance their living conditions and give young adults a stable environment that would ease their transition to social independence. We will
continue to carry out these social contribution activities in the future and
provide support to young adults preparing for self-reliance so that they can
pursue their dreams in a stable environment and prepare for a better future. |
